The primary use of the Sil-Pad 400 is to electrically isolate the energy sources from the heat sinks. Sil-Pad 400 has excellent mechanical and physical characteristics. The surfaces are flexible and allow for an excellent contact surface with excellent heat dissipation. The glass fiber reinforcement offers excellent cut resistance.
