Common Cathode Tricolor 5mm RGB LED Diode LL-509RGBM2E-002
RGB tricolor light emitting diode able to supply a uniform light with low consumption. The red source (Hyper Red) is made of AlGaInP on a GaAs substrate. The green (Pure Green) and blue source are made of InGaN on a sapphire substrate.
