Basic network cable tester
Fluke Networks MicroMapper is a portable tester designed for network professionals that allows you to quickly and easily verify the functionality of an Ethernet cabling. A single button initiates the test looking for breaks, shorts, and identifying reverse and split crossed pairs.
The supplied remote unit allows one person to perform the test. Automatically checks the continuity in the twisted-pair cables by signaling the main connection errors via LEDs: costs and troubleshooting times reduced to a minimum! Includes an inductive tone generator (toner) for identifying hidden cables with most probes on the market (probe not included).
