Like the testo 550 kit, this digital manifold replaces multiple instruments in the refrigeration sector and can be integrated into a practical App via Bluetooth. In addition to the features of the testo 550, the testo 557 manifold is equipped with a high-precision external probe for vacuum measurement: this enables rapid evacuation of systems.

The testo 557 4-way digital manifold kit was designed and created to reduce workloads, provide more precise measurements and therefore offer the customer an increasingly efficient and reliable service.

Main functions

• Fast and precise measurement of high and low pressure: thanks to the two temperature compensated pressure sensors which also enable the automatic calculation of the theoretical evaporation and condensation temperature
• Simultaneous calculation of superheating and subcooling: no more manual calculations that easily lead to errors and waste of time
• External probe for precise vacuum measurement: the external vacuum probe facilitates emptying of the system with an extremely precise measurement level
• Two temperature probes included in the delivery: to be placed on the cables for a reliable measurement of the surface temperature
• It is not necessary to reverse the hoses when switching to heat pump mode
• It can be used with 60 refrigerants already stored in the instrument, the list can be updated via the App

• Remote monitoring of measurements: you can monitor the measurements from your smartphone or tablet, so you do not need to stay next to the instrument; coverage up to 20 m
• The collected data can be viewed on your smartphone or tablet: you can follow the progress of the measurements both in numerical and graphical form.
• Useful data collection functions: you can archive the measurement results (in .pdf or .csv format) and send them directly via email. You can also take a photo of the point where you took the measurements and archive it together with the collected data
• Updating refrigerants in the instrument via APP

The App is available for both Android and iOS. Minimum operating requirements: iOS 7.1 / Android 4.3 or later. Mobile devices with Bluetooth 4.0 required. Once installed, the testo 557 manifold connects to your smartphone or tablet via Bluetooth.
