The testo 905-T1 penetration thermometer has a large measuring range from -50 to + 350 ° C and can also take measurements up to + 500 ° C for a short time (1 or 2 minutes). This is made possible by its permanently integrated K thermocouple probe. In addition, the penetration thermometer is characterized by its short response time. The thermocouple probe reacts very quickly, especially in water (or other liquids). The thermocouple thermometer is therefore ideal for measurements in fluid substances in the laboratory, in the chemical and pharmaceutical sectors.

In addition to the possibility of immersion / penetration of the long pointed probe tube in liquids and soft or dusty substances, it can also be inserted into ventilation ducts to measure the temperature inside them. The penetration thermometer is also a champion of precision, reaching a higher level than comparable traditional models.
